Classroom
An open plan space measuring 8.4x6m (50m2), includes the following configuration capacities:
  • Classroom: 15-18
  • Open Faced Rounds: 20
  • U-Shape: 12
  • Boardroom: 10-12
  • Theatre: 32-40
Anterior room
​The front area of our training space measures 38 square metres, and has multiple applications.
  • A welcome/networking area for use between teaching sessions. Catering can be arranged.
  • The Anterior Room can connect with two adjoining Clinic Rooms to create a large break away space. 
  • Can be converted into an additional Classroom space, featuring audio-visual.

Clinic Rooms
SkillsBox has two clinic rooms measuring 12 square metres, designed to simulate an aesthetic or primary care examination room.
Ideal for small-group practical training, these rooms can be opened to connect with the front reception/classroom space to accommodate larger groups.
  • Basin hand washing facilities and bench top work surface.
  • Adjustable examination couch - can be configured as chair or bed. 
  • Adjustable lighting.
  • Wall-mounted AV display screens.
  • Sharps disposal containers. 
  • Body protected electrical spaces.

Tech

The site has been equipped with a seamless state-of-the-art audio visual system to create optimal conditions for high-quality, in-room and virtual delivery, featuring:
  • 4K camera with 30 x zoom capacity, centrally controlled via tablet.
  • adjustable studio lighting.
  • Label-microphones for presenters to minimise background sound pick-up.
  • The Classroom: 75" monitors able to stream the camera feed, deliver a presentation or whatever your training session may require.
  • The Clinic Rooms: 43" monitors.
  • The Anterior Room: an additional 65" monitor is available which can be connected to a central stream, or facilitate multiple, simultaneous streams.
  • Conference room streaming capabilities (high definition video + full-room audio capture)
